Puccetti Racing is ready for Most and puts plans into place for 2025

There was just time to reload the bikes and equipment onto the track and Kawasaki Puccetti Racing is on its way from Donington Park to Most, in the Czech Republic, where round six of the WorldSBK and WorldSSP is taking place this weekend.

A hat-trick of wins and records broken at Donington Park for the BMW WorldSBK Team

With nine wins to his name this season now, including seven consecutive victories, Razgatlioglu extended his lead in the rider’s championship to 41 points. In the Manufacturer’s Championship, BMW reduced the gap to leader Ducati to just six points. Scott Redding from the Bonovo action BMW Racing Team also had a strong weekend, starting from third place and finishing fourth in two races at his home round.

Manzi finishes on the podium on Saturday and van-Straalen picks up a bag of points at Donington Park

Manzi rode a hard race to finish second in Race One and van Straalen finished twelfth. With a shortened Race Two, the R6 lacks the torque of the larger new generation supersport machines, so Manzi and van Straalen struggled to get the most out of the time. They still both managed to finish in the top 7 though.

Tom Booth-Amos finishes 7th and 5th for his best results of the season for PTR Triumph

Tom Booth-Amos and PTR Triumph got their best results so far this season at Donington Park with Tom finishing 7th and 5th. The team head to Most with a new-found confidence.

Andrea Iannone suffers with arm pump forcing him to retire at Donington Park

Due to a mistake at the last corner with Andrea going wide, he was forced to start from 19th, he finished 11th and got some points, but on Sunday arm pump forced Andrea to retire. Hopefully he will be rested for Most this weekend.

A tough weekend for MIE Honda at Donington Park with both Tarran and Adam crashing

It was a weekend to forget for Tarran Mackenzie at Donington Park. A crash in Race One ruled him out of Sunday's action and also for the next round at Most due to concussion rules. Adam Norrodin lost the front in Race Two and crashed out. Hopefully Adam and the team will have better luck in Most.

Tito Rabat finishes outside the points while Can Oncu scores points at Donington Park

Tito Rabat didn't have a great weekend at Donington Park, despite a great effort from Puccetti Racing, while Can Oncu scored a couple of points in the WorldSSP races. Hopefully more points will be gained at the next round in Most this weekend.

Double podium for Broc Pearson and DesmoSport Ducati

Strong strategy in qualifying saw the team secure pole before two red flags caused the session to be called short, while Pearson executed a strong race plan, narrowly missing his first race and round win by just 0.044 seconds.

Cameron Peterson on the podium at Laguna Seca with Attack Performance Yamaha

Cameron Petersen rode hard and it was enough to give him third place in Race One, despite the five-second jump start penalty. At the finish he was seven seconds behind Herrin and some three seconds clear of EasyHealthPlans.com/TopPro Racing’s Sean Dylan Kelly.
