Heartbreak for McAMS Racing at Brands Hatch

After a heartbreaking Saturday, which saw the Yamaha R1 rider fall from second, Kent was determined to continue on from his good form to mount a podium attack in the 12-lap Sprint. However, the team’s wave of bad luck continuedr, getting taken out at Turn 1 on the opening lap.

Tom Booth-Amos finishes eighth on Saturday but out due to illness on Sunday at Most. Ondrej Vostatek scores points on both races for PTR Triumph.

Tom Booth-Amos got a blistering start to today’s 19-lap race one at the Autodrom Most, claiming six places off the line from his grid position of P13.  Booth-Amos was fighting in seventh place on lap three when he ran on into the gravel at turn 13, re-joining down in s16th.  The British rider had lost 9 seconds but he fought back through the field to finish in 8th place.

A double podium for Stefano Manzi with Ten Kate Racing at Most

After quite a fight in the opening phase, Manzi had taken second place and had broken away from the group behind. In the end, the Italian crossed the line in second place, scoring his eighth podium finish out of 12 races this season. With 183 points Manzi is third in the championship, his gap to the championship leader is 53 points.
