Riding for FHO Racing on the Roads and in the British Championship, Pete makes his debut at the Daytona 200 running his own PHR Performance team, with ‘Coopes’ returning to the event for the first time since 2008 as his teammate.

A strong start to the ASBK season for DesmoSport Ducati at Phillip Island

Troy Herfoss put the DesmoSport Ducati Panigale on the podium in all 3 races, while Broc Pearson secured 3 top 10 finishes with an overall position of 6th. A great first weekend for the team to take to Sydney for round 2.

Toprak Razgatlioglu puts the M 1000 RR on the podium and Michael van der Mark carves up the field for top 10 finishes

Toprak Razgatlioglu secured 3rd place in the Superpole Race but unfortunately suffered a tehinical issue in Race 2. Michael did well to make up several places for top 10 finishes in races one and two.

An unfortunate weekend for Can Oncu and Tito Rabat outside the points at Phillip Island

Can Oncu suffered a crash on Saturday, forcing him into a row 5 start for Sunday. With the race shortened to just 9 laps, making up ground was difficult in a short space of time. Tito Rabat was outside the points zone at the weekend due to the shortened WorldSBK races.

Phillip Island provides a learning experience for Tarran Mackenzie and Adam Norrodin for Petronas MIE Racing Honda

After moving up to the WorldSBK class this season, Tarran Mackenzie and Adam Norrodin set off on their debut at Phillip Island. A valuable learning experience was had, and the team look forward to putting their lessons to use at Barcelona for round 2.

Both riders gain points at Phillip Island for PTR Triumph after huge crash for Tom Booth-Amos

Riding with the leading group, unfortunately Tom Booth-Amos had a big crash and damaged his wrist. Fortunately he was ok to ride Sunday, and both Tom and Ondrej scored points over the weekend.

Andrea Iannone is back with a podium for Team Go Eleven

Iannone marked his return to racing after 5 years with P2 in Superpole qualifying and P3 in Race One at Phillip Island. He marginally missed out on a podium in Race 2 too. A positive weekend for Team Go Eleven.

Podium for Ten Kate Racing before unfortunate crash and long lap penalty on Sunday

Stefano Manzi scored his first podium of 2024 on Saturday with second place, Glenn van Straalen finished P18 and P20 with a long lap penalty. Manzi unfortnately suffered a crash on Sunday, but is ok and looking forward to Barcelona for round 2.

Jackson Racing announce their rider line up for IOM TT 2024

“I’m really happy to be joining Jackson Racing and with all the experience they have both at the TT and with Honda machinery, I’m hoping that will transfer over to me and take me to the next level. The bikes look pristine as usual, and both Alan and Andy (Jackson) are really motivated to have a great TT2024.”

Kawasaki Puccetti Racing superbike and supersport testing at Phillip Island

Can Oncu: “The tests went well. In the first session we had a few setup issues, but my team worked this out and we were then able to find a really good setup solution, especially in terms of the tyre consumption."

Toprak Razgatlioglu smashes lap record to top the final WorldSBK test at Phillip Island

BMW continued to work on engine strategy, electronics and the swingarm all day. Toprak went all-out at the end of the day and smashed the lap record, snatching it from Bulega to make it a 1’28.511.

Pata Yamaha Ten Kate Racing make final preparations at Phillip Island ahead of 2024 season start

Kervin Bos – Ten Kate Racing team manager: “We had a great test day here at Phillip Island. As always, the tyres play a big role here and with the new asphalt that will be another critical point this weekend. The track looks fantastic but it is extremely tough on the tyres."
