A weekend of contrasting results for DAO Racing at Thruxton

Charlie Nesbitt gets his first podiums at Thruxton for Hawk Racing

It's been a highly emotional weekend for the team, with Josh's incident in Free Practice on Friday and Charlie's triple podium, it certainly won't be a weekend we'll be forgetting any time soon. We hope to see Josh back with us as soon as he is fit and ready, and wish him a full and speedy recovery. In the meantime, we hope that Charlie can add to his podium next time out at Cadwell Park over the Bank Holiday weekend.

Franco Bourne gets his first points for Honda Racing at British Superbikes Thruxton

"I managed to get past Tommy and then went around the outside of Glenn at Church, and I was thinking ‘There’s no way I’ve got both of them!’ Only to hear a rattling by my side as Glenn flew back past me! I knew I was capable of getting points but to actually do it is another thing and it feels great to end the weekend in this way."

Honda Racing UK is Thruxton bound for round seven

A popular circuit with riders, the high-speed 2.3-mile Hampshire Circuit with its abrasive track surface routinely sees some of the closest racing of the year, as tyre wear is often critical. Given that tyre management is a strength of the current model CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP the Honda Racing team has often performed well at this circuit.
