Eazi-Grip supported Army Motorcycle Road Race Team (AMRRT) season round up

2020 started as any other year for the Army Motorcycle Road Race Team, in February the Team travelled to Cartagena Race Circuit in Spain for Winter Testing. The warmer and more predictable weather allowed the riders to adjust their machines following the winter break and prepare themselves both physically and mentally for the start of the season. Then Corona virus struck, and plans were put on hold with no racing set to resume until the summer.

Eazi-Grip supported Michael van der Mark completes first laps on the new BMW M 1000 RR

While preparing for his first season in the BMW Motorrad WorldSBK Team, new addition Michael van der Mark (NED) got to know his future machine. He completed his first laps on the new BMW M 1000 RR at Miramas (FRA) on Saturday. The shakedown also helped BMW Motorrad Motorsport and the BMW Motorrad WorldSBK Team get more familiar with van der Mark’s personal preferences.

World Supersport: Aegerter joins Eazi-Grip supported Ten Kate Racing

Ten Kate Racing Yamaha is currently working hard behind the scenes to complete their plans for 2021. This week the first step was made: the in Nieuwleusen based team will be back with their own team in the FIM Supersport World Championship next season. The first rider that will be riding one of the Ten Kate Racing prepped Yamaha YZF-R6 bikes is the Swiss Dominique Aegerter.
Since the 2020 FIM Superbike World Championship recently came to a close in the Portuguese Estoril, a lot of work went on in Nieuwleusen to prepare the plans for next season. The Dutch team will definitely be back in the FIM Supersport World Championship with their own team, the championship where they have had amazing success in the past with no less than nine world titles.

TAG Racing and Eazi-Grip supported Honda Racing UK join forces for the 2021 Bennetts BSB season

Swadlincote based Bennetts BSB outfit TAG Racing will become an official Honda Racing UK supported team for the eagerly anticipated 2021 season, with Dan Linfoot aiming for success on the new Honda CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP with Shaun Winfield looking to build on his early momentum created at the final round of 2020 at Brands Hatch.
Following on from a challenging 2020 due to unforeseen circumstances and the COVID-19 pandemic, 2021 will see TAG Racing make the move to Honda machinery for the new Bennetts British Superbike campaign as Dan Linfoot and Shaun Winfield look to challenge in their respective championships.

Australian Superbike: Sunday’s race report from Wakefield Park

Wayne Maxwell has secured his second victory mi-bike Motorcycle Insurance Australian Superbike Championship, presented by Motul, finishing first and second in the final two Kawaskai Superbike races of the season at Wakefield Park today.
In Race 1, Maxwell slotted into second behind polesitter and runaway race leader Troy Herfoss, while resisting pressure from Glenn Allerton, Mike Jones and Cru Halliday.
However, on the race’s 13th lap, Herfoss’ Honda developed a mechanical problem at Turn 8 and forced him into retirement, ending his championship challenge and elevating Maxwell to the lead; the win for Maxwell was enough for him to seal the title with a race to spare.

Oli Bayliss has finished the reduced 2020 Australian Superbike Championship (ASBK) in second place by just eleven points after two fourth overall results in the double-header weekend held at Wakefield Park Raceway.

Herfoss edges out rivals in ASBK final practice

Troy Herfoss has drawn first blood in the mi-bike Motorcycle Insurance Australian Superbike Championship, presented by Motul season finale at Wakefield Park, setting the fastest time in practice today after a spirited battle with his rivals Cru Halliday and Wayne Maxwell.
Yamaha rider Halliday set the fastest time in the opening session before Maxwell responded with the best lap in the second session aboard his Ducati. Finally, in the final session, Herfoss clocked a 57.328 on his brand-new Honda to end the day with bragging rights.

Double header race weekend for Eazi-Grip supported Cube Racing

The 2020 Australian Superbike Championship (ASBK) will conclude this weekend at Wakefield Park Raceway, two hours south-west of Sydney, where Oli Bayliss will be looking to secure the Australian Supersport Championship in a spectacular double header format. Eazi-Grip supported DesmoSport Ducati primed for ASBK Finale

With the championship paused for majority of 2020, Gold Coast-based DesmoSport Ducati is primed to close out the 2020 Australian Superbike Championship (ASBK) season successfully with Mike Jones aboard the Ducati V4R. The double header format at Wakefield Park Raceway this weekend will see Jones on the grid for four races across both Saturday and Sunday chasing the 102 points on offer over the weekend.
